ProteinCounter
ProteinCounter is a simple app that counts the grams of protein you eat in a day. It allows you to add what you ate and how many grams of protein were in that meal. It displays the days running total.
ProteinCounter doesn't count calories or let you look up how many grams of protein are in a food. It is used to watch your total protein intake and make sure it is spread out over the desired number of meals.
You can page through readings day by day or look over all of them in tabular format.
To Toggle Dates
- Tap forward or back button
- Tap the date to select date and time
- Defaults to right now
